Depends on what you mean. You use PLZ accounts (Search through google for groups that have PLZ accounts) in comments, but you can actually insert images into journals and such. For PLZ accounts and Account Links, you use the same HTML coding:

:icon______: (Underscore is where username is inserted)

For example, if I wanted to add a link of your username, I would write :iconEpicCharizard09: without italics to get this result: :iconepiccharizard09:

For PLZ accounts, such as :iconbrohugplz:, you do the same thing with the account usernames.
